The celebrity footballer has swapped one glamour club for another and is now a single man again after separating from the mother of one of his children.

Lorch made his debut for Mamelodi Sundowns in a 1-1 draw at Loftus Stadium against Orlando Pirates, days before Natasha Thahane told the world about their personal stalemate.

One positive for Rulani Mokwena's new signing is that he is eligible for the CAF Champions League, which Sundowns return to after their Nedbank Cup tie with NB La Masia.

Sports Brief recently reported on NB La Masia CEO, Rashid Toffie, previewing their Nedbank Cup draw.

The Motsepe Foundation Championship club have been drawn against league leaders Mamelodi Sundowns.

The club has been coached by Orlando Pirates legends Daine Klate and Moeneeb Josephs since October 2023.
