Moroka Swallows have officially parted ways with former Kaizer Chiefs coach, Steve Komphela, amid the possibility of making a return to Golden Arrows.
The former Mamelodi Sundowns coach has not been functioning as the Dube Birds' coach since late last year, with Musa Nyatama being in charge of the team on an interim basis.
The Premier Soccer League side are yet to name a replacement for the 56-year-old coach.
Moroka Swallows were in action in the PSL on Saturday (February 17), but lost at home to Polokwane City in the absence of Komphela.

Moroka Swallows released an official statement on their official X handle to confirm the departure of Komphela, according to a report by iDiskiTimes.
"Moroka Swallows FC & Coach Steve agree to part ways on amicable terms," the club stated.
"Moroka Swallows FC and Coach Steve have agreed to a mutual separation. This comes after several discussions between both parties, where it was ultimately agreed that it would be in the best interest of both the Club and Coach Steve to separate at this stage.
"There remains a mutual respect between both parties, and the decision to separate is one both parties have welcomed.
"The Club wishes Coach Steve all the best in his future endeavours, and we are grateful for the contributions he has made to the Club.
"Coach Steve has expressed gratitude to the Club and has wished us well."
