Ivory Coast fans are still celebrating the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations win on Sunday, February 11. The Elephants beat Nigeria 2-1 in the final to lift their third continental crown.
Fans were spotted celebrating outside Franck Kessie's house on Tuesday night, a day after the celebration parade around the city of Abidjan.
Kessie scored some important goals for the host nation, who recovered from a poor group stage campaign.
The former Barcelona star scored the equaliser in the final against Nigeria. The Serie A champion also scored a late penalty against Senegal in the Round of 16, before burying the last penalty in the shootout to eliminate the favourites, per CAF.

In a video posted on X, fans can be seen cheering loudly outside Kessie's house. The Al Ahli star emerged from the balcony with his family, before joining in the celebrations, via Owuraku Ampofo.
On Monday, the Ivory Coast team and staff went on a parade to celebrate their third AFCON title. The Elephants completed an incredible run on Sunday.
They were nearly eliminated at the group stage, but Morocco's win over Zambia saw them sneak into the knockout round as one of the best third-place teams. They went behind against Senegal in the last 16 and survived a red card, and a penalty miss against Mali in the quarter-final.

Kessie has made the AFCON team of the tournament by CAF. His teammates, Ghislan Konan and Jean Michael Seri, also made the team.

DR Congo and Equatorial Guinea were also represented in the team, as Sports Brief reported earlier.
Ivory Coast players meet fans
Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Ivory Coast national team celebrated their AFCON trophy parade with a meeting with the fans at the Felix Houphouet Boigny Stadium.
The AFCON heroes presented the trophy to thousands of supporters as celebrations continued late into the night in the capital city.
Ivory Coast came from a goal down to beat Nigeria in the final on Sunday, with Haller scoring a winner late in the game.
