Klopp's Liverpool trophies

UEFA Champions League (2019)

Klopp won his first title with Liverpool in 2019, helping Liverpool become champions of Europe for the sixth time in their history. He led the Reds to the UEFA Champions League title, with Liverpool beating Tottenham 2-0 in the final.

Mohamed Salah and Divock Origi scored the goals for the Reds, who ended their 14-year wait for a Champions League trophy, per The Guardian.

UEFA Super Cup (2019)

Liverpool secured a spot in the UEFA Super Cup after winning the Champions League final that year.

Klopp and the Reds made the most of this opportunity, winning their second trophy in two months with a 5-4 penalty shootout victory over Chelsea.

FIFA Club World Cup (2019)

Liverpool also gained entry to the 2019 FIFA Club World Cup as the reigning Champions League winners.

The Reds defeated Monterrey in the semis and Flamengo in the final to win their first-ever FIFA Club World Cup title.

Premier League (2020)

Klopp and Liverpool gave their fans the trophy they have been wanting for so long, with the Reds winning their first-ever Premier League title in 2020.

Liverpool ran away with the title, beating defending champions Manchester City by 18 points. They finished their Premier League campaign with 32 wins, three draws, and three losses, per the BBC.

Klopp cemented his status as one of the greatest managers in Liverpool's history with that title win. It was their first championship in the English top flight since 1990.

EFL Cup (2022)

Klopp added the League Cup title to his list of accolades with Liverpool in 2022.

The Reds defeated Chelsea in an epic penalty shootout in the final, with all Liverpool players scoring successful spot-kicks against the Blues.

Liverpool eventually prevailed 11-10 after Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga missed his penalty attempt.

FA Cup (2022)

Liverpool won another title in 2022, lifting the FA Cup months after their League Cup win.

The Reds gave Klopp his first taste of the FA Cup title, beating Chelsea 6-5 in a penalty shootout.

Community Shield (2022)

Liverpool won the Community Shield for the first time under Klopp, beating reigning Premier League champions Manchester City 3-1.

Trent Alexander-Arnold, Mohamed Salah, and Darwin Nunez scored the goals for the Reds.

Why did Klopp decide to leave Liverpool?

Sports Brief recently reported on Klopp's decision to leave Liverpool at the end of the season.

His contract was set to run until 2026.

Klopp explained in an interview that he was "running out of energy," and he knew that it was time for him to go.
