The head coach of the South African national football team has explained why impressive tactician Pitso Mosimane has never been appointed by a European team.
Mosimane earlier stated that clubs from the European continent do not fancy hiring coaches from Africa, a claim Broos has denied.
Having won several domestic and continental titles, Mosimane is arguably the best manager on the continent.
He has also managed to make his name in the Middle East, having helped Al Ahli gain promotion to the top tier of Saudi Arabia.
Ruhlani Mokwena is also rising and has set several records at 36, including leading Mamelodi Sundowns to the 2022/2023 PSL title.

FootballHe also helped the club to win the inaugural African Football League after beating Wydad Casablanca in a two-legged final.
But his predecessor, Mosimane, was earlier quoted saying clubs in Europe do not like employing Africans.
In a recent chat, South Africa coach Broos highlighted what Mosimane needs to do to get working chances in Europe.
Broos told Prime Sports With Mahlatse via GOAL:
"I think [Mokwena] is a guy who learns, who reads many things about football, and contacts coaches to talk about football.
"He wants to progress in his profession. I hope he gets the Uefa Pro License as soon as possible and gets a chance [in Europe]. From what I see now from him, I think he can make it, why not?
"I was a little bit surprised that Pitso said in Europe, they don't want African coaches. It is not about that, it is about your license, you don't enter Europe as a coach."

FootballSince parting ways with UAE outfit Al Wahda a couple of months ago, Mosimane remains a free agent and has been linked with several national teams, including the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Sports Brief earlier reported that the President of Ghana's Football Association, Kurt Edwin Simeon Okraku, hailed South Africa coach Hugo Broos for taking a firm stand on his player selection for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Belgian trainer named a 23-man squad for the tournament in Ivory Coast, leaving out Burley's leading scorer Lyle Foster.
His decision has seen him receive criticism from fans of the Bafana Bafana as the team prepares for the tournament.
