The two Real Madrid legends reunited during the Tuesday night Saudi Pro League clash staged at Prince Abdullah AlFaisal Stadium.
This was the first time the duo were meeting in a match since Benzema linked up with Ronaldo in the Saudi top-flight in the summer.
According to Goal, Benzema sealed a switch to Al-Ittihad on a free transfer following the expiration of his Real Madrid contract.
The move saw him join a host of other top players who have linked up with Ronaldo in Saudi since his sensational switch earlier in 2023.
