Ronaldo and Al-Nassr were looking to bounce back from a humbling 3-0 defeat to Al-Hilal in the Riyadgh Derby, and they did so convincingly.

Despite their win, their bitter rivals are still top of the Saudi Pro League table with 44 points from 16 games, while Al-Nassr are second with 37.

Ronaldo also extended his lead on top of the goalscoring charts. The veteran striker has 16 goals in 15 games in the SPL and 19 goals in 21 appearances in all competitions.

Al-Hilal's Aleksandr Mitrovic is second on the charts with 14 goals, while Damac FC Georges-Kévin Nkoudou has 13.

Ronaldo's message after latest milestone

The Portugal legend has now played 1200 professional games in his career.

He has played the majority of those games with Real Madrid (438) and Manchester United (346). He has also played 205 times with Portugal.

Ex-England goalkeeper Peter Shilton holds the record for the most matches played with 1,387. Ronaldo could beat that if he still wants to keep going.

The Al-Nassr star wrote a message on Instagram to celebrate his new milestone. Turns out he still wants to keep going.

"Three more points! Thankful to all my team mates who helped me reach my 1200th match. What a ride, but we’re not done yet!"

Inside CR7 museum

Sports Brief earlier reported on the famous Cristiano Ronaldo CR7 Museum in Portugal.

The museum not only has some of the hardware the 38-year-old has received in his 20-year career, including Ballon d'Or awards and trophies but also offers visitors a chance to learn about his beginnings and his incredible rise to superstardom.

Other pieces of memorabilia one can find inside the museum are some of the jerseys from his journey from Sporting Lisbon to Al-Nassr, game-worn gloves, and boots.
