Rio enjoyed an illustrious playing career spanning more than 20 years, turning out for several English clubs.

Leeds United, West Ham United, and Bournemouth are among the clubs he played for during his football journey.

However, it was during his time at Old Trafford he made a name for himself, with the former defender winning multiple titles with the club.

Playing for one of the best clubs in the world also saw the 45-year-old earn a fortune in wages and endorsement deals.

According to Express UK, the former England international has a net worth of around £58 million.

While he made his fortune largely as a footballer, Rio has gone on to make more as a TV pundit since his retirement from pro footy.

Aston Martin DBS Superleggera - £225k

The Aston Martin DBS Superleggera is understood to be the most expensive ride in Rio's collection.

This specific model is believed to be worth an eyewatering £225,000.

The Superleggera model boasts a 5.2 litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine, providing a mind-boggling 715 brake horsepower.

Aston Martin Vanquish - £199k

As such, he gets the rare privilege of sampling some of their latest models.

The Vanquish model is one such in Rio's range of cars.

Bentley Continental GT - £183k

The Bentley Continental GT is the third-most expensive car owned by Rio.

Apparently, it is a favourite among Premier League stars, given that it was the second most leased car by EPL players in 2019, only behind the Range Rover Sport SVR.

The luxurious ride has a top speed of 210 mph, fitted with a V12 engine.

Audi A8 - £76k

During his playing days, Rio was often spotted with the Audi A8.

Boasting an acceleration of 0-62mph in just 4.9 seconds, the supercar is one of the fastest sedans.

It is a favourite among many footballers, with Mario Balotelli among the many players who have been seen with one.

Porsche Cayenne - £70k

The Porsche Cayenne is one the SUVs in Rio's garage.

The TNT Sports presenter splashed about £70k to acquire the ride.

Jaguar XJ - £56k

A car collection is never complete for a footballer without a Jaguar.

Rio is a proud owner of the XJ model, which is capable of 0-62mph in just 6.2 seconds.
