Euro 2024: Defending Champions Italy Drawn Alongside Spain, Hosts Germany Face Scotland and Hungary

The draw for Euro 2024 has officially been done, and it won’t be an easy tournament for some of Europe’s giants.

Defending champions Italy and tournament hosts Germany both have tough tasks ahead of them when the tournament kicks off in June 2024.

Italy have been drawn in Group B, and will face the likes of Spain, Croatia, and Albania. While they will be expected to beat Albania, Croatia and Spain will prove far tougher challenges.

The Germans will be looking to make up for their disappointment at the FIFA World Cup by putting on a show in front of their home fans.

Germany will have to get past Scotland, Hungary and Switzerland if they are to make it out of their group.
