Rashford revealed that Ronaldo had presented him with the Nike Air Max 97 CRY Red trainers, which Goal reports are valued at £145, just before Ronaldo's transfer to Juventus in 2018.

Despite the appeal of the sneakers, the forward confessed that he has refrained from using them, explaining,

"No one can touch them! He was one of my favourite players growing up. I like the shoes. I would love to wear them shoes, but if I messed them up, then I don't know what I'd do to myself. So, I'm just better off keeping those ones away."

Having shared the pitch 39 times with the five-time Ballon d'Or winner, Rashford and Ronaldo collaborated for two goals before Ronaldo's unceremonious departure to Saudi Pro League club Al Nassr.

While Rashford had a successful 2022-23 campaign, his performance has faced challenges in the current season, with just one goal scored in 16 appearances across various competitions.
