Oldest Players to score an EPL goal
1. Teddy Sheringham (West Ham)
Sheringham’s record is tough to beat.
He is the only 40-year-old to score a goal in the Premier League, nabbing a consolation goal for West Ham in their loss to Portsmouth on Boxing Day back in 2006.
Sheringham was 40 years and 268 days old when he scored his last Premier League goal in that 2-1 defeat.
2. Dean Windass (Hull City)
Windass is the second oldest player to score a goal in the Premier League, finding the back of the net at the age of 39 years and 253 days old.
He helped Hull City salvage a point against Portsmouth in November 2008, scoring a dramatic equaliser in the 87th minute. The game finished 2-2.
3. Ryan Giggs (Manchester United)
Before Silva, Giggs was the last 39-year-old to score a Premier League goal.
The Manchester United legend accomplished that feat in February 2013 when the Red Devils beat Queens Park Rangers 2-0 at Loftus Road.
Giggs sealed the win with a goal in the 80th minute to help United open up a 15-point lead at the top of the standings.
The Red Devils icon's last Premier League goal came on his 999th senior competitive game for club and country, per Eurosport. He found the back of the net at the age of 39 years and 86 days.

4. Thiago Silva (Chelsea)
Silva joined the oldest Premier League goal-scorers club after bagging a goal for Chelsea in their epic draw against Manchester City.
His goal was crucial as well, scoring an equaliser in the 29th minute. The Brazilian scored a glancing header off Conor Gallagher's corner to tie the match at 1-1.
He replaced Stuart Pearce as the fourth-oldest goal-scorer in the Premier League, accomplishing the feat at the age of 39 years and 51 days.
