Premier League Top Scorers

1. Erling Haaland (Manchester City, 13 goals)

There is just no stopping Haaland right now.

The Norwegian striker scored a brace in Man City’s 4-4 draw with Chelsea on Sunday to stretch his goal tally in the Premier League this season to 13.

He has scored in eight out of City’s 12 league matches this season. He netted once in City’s games against Sheffield United, West Ham, Nottingham Forest, and Brighton and Hove Albion.

Apart from his double against Chelsea, Haaland also recorded braces against Burnley and Manchester United.

His lone hat-trick this season came in the 5-1 win against Fulham, per The Guardian.

2. Mohamed Salah (Liverpool, 10)

Salah kept pace with Haaland in the Golden Boot race, with the 31-year-old also scoring a brace in Matchday 12.

He netted twice in Liverpool’s 3-0 win over Brentford to stretch his goal tally in the English top flight this season to 10, per Eurosport.

The Egyptian star has scored in seven out of the Reds’ 12 league games this season. He scored once in Liverpool’s matches against Bournemouth, Aston Villa, West Ham, and Nottingham Forest.

He also scored doubles in back-to-back league games against Brighton and Everton.

3. Son Heung-min (Tottenham Hotspur, 8)

Son failed to score in Tottenham’s last two league matches against Chelsea and Wolves, both of which ended in defeats for Spurs.

However, he has scored eight goals this season, all of which came during a seven-game stretch from Matchday 4 to 10.

Son opened his goal-scoring account with a hat-trick against Burnley on Matchday 4.

He then scored a double against Arsenal on Matchday 6.

Son followed that up with a goal in Tottenham’s 2-1 win against Liverpool.

He also netted once in their wins against Fulham and Crystal Palace.

3. Jarred Bowen (West Ham United, 8)

Bowen grabbed a share of third place in the Golden Boot race after scoring a goal in West Ham’s 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest on Matchday 12.

He also scored in West Ham’s matches against Bournemouth, Brighton, Luton Town, Liverpool, Sheffield United, Aston Villa, and Brentford, netting one goal each in those games.

5. Callum Wilson (Newcastle United, 7)

Wilson is ranked fifth after scoring seven goals for Newcastle in the Premier League this season.

He scored once in the Magpies’ games against Aston Villa, Brighton, Brentford, Sheffield United and Crystal Palace.

He netted a brace on Matchday 11, scoring twice in Newcastle’s 2-2 draw with Wolves.
