The Liverpool winger came off the bench to save the Reds’ blushes after they surprisingly trailed late on through an 80th-minute goal by Luton substitute Tahith Chong.
Just when it seemed that the Reds were headed for an embarrassing loss, Diaz came to Liverpool’s rescue, scoring a header from Harvey Elliot's cross for a dramatic equaliser, per The Guardian.
