AS Roma boss, Jose Mourinho was the major talking point over the weekend in the Serie A after he was sent off during his side's clash against against Monza.
The Portuguese manager was handed his marching orders for taunting the opposite manager, Raffaele Palladino.
According to The Mirror, Mourinho mocked Monza’s bench by saying: “You talk a lot and then you cry.”
His antics caught the referee's attention, leaving him with no choice but to send the former Chelsea and Manchester United boss off.
Mourinho's red card will now see him miss his side's clash against his former side, Inter Milan.
Incidentally, this was not the first time the Roma tactician has encountered disciplinary challenges, having been sent off on three occasions last season.
While managers getting sent off for different disciplinary actions is a rare occurrence, it does happen.

His actions earned him a red card, per Planet Football.

Jose Mourinho is no stranger to getting red cards.
At one time, during his stint as Chelsea boss, the Portuguese was sent off for remonstrating with the fourth official throughout his side's clash against Cardiff.
1. Arsene Wenger vs. Man United
Back in 2009, the former Arsenal boss was ordered to leave the touchline at Old Trafford as his side were beaten in a top-of-the-table Premier League clash by Manchester United.
Wenger lost his cool after referee Mike Dean had refused a stoppage-time equaliser by Robin van Persie because William Gallas was offside.
