  • The Black Stars were humbled after a 4-0 defeat in Nashville
  • Ghana lost both games during the October international break

Barcelona defender, Sergino Dest entertained fans at the GEODIS Park in Nashville, Tennessee during the international friendly between Ghana and the United States.

The on-loan PSV right-back excelled as the Americans humbled the Black Stars in a 4-0 win on Wednesday morning.

First-half goals from Giovanni Reyna, who netted a brace and strikes from Christian Pulisic and Folarin Balogun were enough to defeat the West African giants.

However, the highlight of the game was when Dest burst forward with an amazing run which saw him take on four Black Stars players.

In a video shared on social media, the 22-year-old beat Joseph Paintsil and Gideon Mensah before out-pacing Jordan Ayew and then nutmegging Edmund Addo with the latter impeding him.

Dest was involved in the build-up to the opening goal after a quick interchange of passes with Balogun saw the forward send in a cross which led to Reyna's first opener.

Pulisic doubled the lead for the USA eight minutes later from the spot before Balogun deservedly made it 3-0 after 22 minutes. Reyna sealed victory with five minutes remaining, as reported by ESPN.
