Nigeria midfielder, Wilfried Ndidi shared a video of Ghanaian winger, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, taking a nap in the gym following a session with his Leicester City teammates.

Issahaku, who joined the Foxes on loan in the summer transfer window, was visibly tired as he took a nap on one of the benches.

Ndidi and Issahaku have been in fine form for Leicester City as the former Premier League champions head into the international break top of the English Championship table.

However, in a video shared on social media, Ndidi reminded Issahaku why he was in Europe in a hilarious way.

"You came from Africa to sleep over here?," he quizzed in a funny way, as a one-eyed Issahaku quickly woke up.

The 19-year-old Ghanaian was not named in the Ghana team for the international friendlies against Mexico and the United States despite his fine run of form for Leicester City.

Isshaku will be hoping to make Ghana's squad for the Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast next year.

Meanwhile, Ndidi is a key figure for the Super Eagles of Nigeria, who will be chasing a fourth AFCON title in Ivory Coast.

Nigeria will engage Saudi Arabia and Mozambique in friendly games as part of preparations for next month's FIFA World Cup qualifiers and the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, as reported by msn.com.
