According to Football Espana, President Florentino Perez still sees Rodrygo with the potential to become one of the best players in the world and has backed him to find his best form again.

Likewise, Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has also drummed his support for the Brazilian, restating that he still has faith in the forward even though he was dropped from the starting line-up against Osasuna.

Rodrygo completed a €45 million transfer to Real Madrid in 2019 and has so far won every single title available with the club, including the UEFA Champions League and La Liga.

Meanwhile, Rodrygo has vowed to keep working hard to help Real Madrid win games despite his recent struggles in front of goal, which has seen him being dropped from the starting line-up recently, SB Nation reports.

The 22-year-old forward took to social media to reinstate his dedication to Real Madrid after the club’s convincing 4-0 victory over Osasuna on Saturday, October 7, in which he made a substitute appearance.

Rodrygo has just one goal so far in 2023/24 for Real Madrid, and that came in the opening-day victory over Athletic Club.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Carlo Ancelotti has downplayed any rift with Brazilian attacker Rodrygo.

Many believed that the Italian manager was upset with the youngster after he was spotted giving him a talking to, during their Copa del Rey clash against Villarreal.

Madrid came from behind to beat The Yellow Submarine and progress in the tournament. Villarreal took a 2-0 lead into the halftime break, but Madrid rallied to win the game 3-2.
