  • Jude Bellingham surpassed Cristiano Ronaldo’s goal contributions in his first ten games
  • The English midfielder has now provided 13 goal contributions in his first 10 appearances
  • Bellingham was on target as Real Madrid won 4-0 against Osasuna on Saturday

Real Madrid knows they hit a bargain with the signing of Jude Bellingham, as the 20-year-old midfielder keeps surpassing expectations in just a few games for the Spanish giants.

The Englishman was on target again as Los Blancos walloped Osasuna 4-0 on Saturday, October 7, to go top of La Liga, albeit playing one game more than rivals Barcelona.

According to Fan Sided, Bellingham has now provided 13 goal contributions in his first ten appearances for Real Madrid, surpassing the record previously held by Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Portugal icon only managed 11 goal contributions in his first ten appearances as a Real Madrid player after he made the switch to Spain from Manchester United in 2009.

Bellingham has become a fan favourite already at Santiago Bernabeu and has already earned the love and respect of his teammates and manager Caro Ancelotti with his performances on the pitch.

Ancelotti delighted with Jude Bellingham

Meanwhile, Carlo Ancelotti is still in disbelief by Jude Bellingham's latest masterclass as the Real Madrid star scored twice to equal another Cristiano Ronaldo's record at the club, GOAL reports.

After the match, the Madrid boss, who had also managed Ronaldo, admitted during the post-match press conference that nobody expected Bellingham to find his scoring touch quite so quickly.

The 20-year-old England midfielder, who joined Real Madrid from Borussia Dortmund this summer, has scored 10 goals in his first 10 appearances for the club, matching the record-breaking feat achieved by Ronaldo in 2009.

Bellingham clinches another Real Madrid award

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Jude Bellingham continues to silence his critics while consistently impressing fans in the heart of the Spanish capital.

The former Borussia Dortmund sensation, whose high-profile move from the German club was met with scepticism, has seamlessly integrated into the ranks of Los Blancos.

His string of explosive showings in the Spanish capital earned him both the La Liga Player of the Month and Real Madrid Player of the Month awards in his inaugural month at Los Blancos.
