A veteran of South African football, Makola became a free agent after being released by Polokwane City, despite helping them earn promotion to the DStv Premiership.
Makola previously made 178 appearances for Orlando Pirates and 94 appearances for Cape Town City, Transfermarkt noted.
Makola is currently 37 years old and could remain without a club.
