Amid the array of ego and superstar talent available to Ancelotti at the Spanish club, the former Milan manager’s ability to successfully integrate and ensure a peaceful coexistence of these players remains one standout ability the 61-year-old possesses.
Midfielder Eduardo Camavinga, who joined the club from Rennes on deadline in the summer of 2021, appears to have fully integrated himself into the fold at the Spanish capital and in recent times, has seen a bond grow between himself and a host of other youngsters at the club.
The 20-year-old, who joined Ancelotti in his press conference ahead of their UEFA Champions League opening tie against Union Berlin, was quizzed about his special bond with his teammates, amongst other questions.

The French midfielder, who was alongside his gaffer, was quoted by Football Espana to have said:
“We are the same age and it is simple to do things together. When we have free time, we always do things because it’s more simple on the pitch when you get to know each other off the pitch.”
Camavinga further stressed his relationship with his teammates:
“I get along well with all the young guys. It’s true I do more things with Aurelien because he is French, and with Vini because he’s Brazilian. With everyone in general, that doesn’t mean to say I don’t get on with anyone. I admire Modric and Kroos the most.”
