French giant Paris Saint Germain fell to their first defeat of the season at the Parc des Princes.

A night lightened by the flurry of emotions and love met to departing midfielder Marco Verratti was subsequently overshadowed by the outstanding performance of OGC Nice's forward, Terrem Moffi.

The Nigerian striker, who played a crucial role in all of Francesco Farioli's team's goals, left a trail of frustration in the French capital, including Kylian Mbappe, with his exuberant celebration following his second goal of the evening.

Mbappe infuriated with Moffi

Moffi lit up the scene with a goal in the 21st minute however, Nice were pegged back by a goal seventh later from Mbappe.

According to Goal's report, the 24-year-old striker in the 53rd minute turned provider as he teed up teammate Gaetan Laborde before eventually adding the cherry on top with another goal in the 68th minute.

Twitter captured the PSG star approaching the Nigerian, exchanging a few words before the referee stepped in to separate them.

For PSG, this defeat represents a significant setback in their pursuit of Ligue 1 glory. Currently sitting in third place in the standings, they trail leaders AS Monaco by two points, and Monaco also have a game in hand.

Super Eagles star ahead of Mbappe

Sports Brief in another report stated Super Eagles star Moses Simon has been ranked ahead of Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe on the list of fastest players in the French Ligue 1 this season.

The Nigerian international, who plays for Nantes, made the list over some pacy wingers like Mbappe and Ousmane Dembele after four rounds of games in the league.

Simon is known for his dribbling skills on the left wing and also his pace, which is always difficult for defenders to cope with.
