Central African Republic coach, Raoul Savoy has predicted doom for the Black Stars ahead of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast next year.

After the game, the CAR coach was left fuming, blaming the referee for favouring the four-time African champions.

According to Savoy, Ghana's winning goal, which was converted by Ernest Nuamah was an offside goal.

“Your next AFCON will be like the last one,” he said, as quoted by Pulse.

The Central African Republic got off to a bright start after Louis Mafouta opened the scoring in the 25th minute.

West Ham United's newest signing Mohammed Kudus responded before the break with a sensational freekick before Antoine Semenyo and Nuamah combined to give Ghana the winner with three minutes remaining.

The Black Stars will engage Liberia in a friendly encounter on Tuesday in Accra, as reported by Ghanasoccernet.com.
