Haaland has wasted no time showing why he is the man to beat to the award once again this season after another hot start.

The Norwegian ace has already bagged six goals in City's opening four games, with the tally having him leading the race for the Premier League Golden Boot.

TalkSPORT reports that the former Borussia Dortmund star grabbed a brace on the opening day of the season against Burnley.

He had a chance to net another brace against Sheffield United but missed a penalty during the tie.

However, he made amends for his miss by scoring a hat-trick during Man City's weekend clash against Fulham.

Who are the other top scorers?

Haaland is sure to face stiff competition for the Golden Boot, with a host of other players proving they have an eye for the net.

Brighton's Evan Ferguson and Brentford star Bryan Mbeumo have been impressive so far, with the duo having four goals each.

Ferguson smashed a hat-trick during Brighton's last outing against Newcastle United.

Meanwhile, there are five players all tied on three goals, including Tottenham ace Song Heung-Min and Odsonne Edouard of Crystal Palace.
