Ghanaian midfielder, Jeffrey Schlupp, has made his 200th appearance for Crystal Palace in their game against Arsenal on Monday night.
The 31-year-old, who joined the Eagles from Leicester City in 2017, has been a regular at Crystal Palace and only misses games when he is injured.
On Monday, he reached another milestone after playing 71 minutes of the defeat to Arsenal at Selhurst Park.
"200 up for Schlupp. Congratulations to Jeffrey Schlupp, who makes it 200 appearances in the Red and Blue," wrote the club on Twitter.
Unfortunately for Schlupp, he marked his new achievement with a defeat against the Gunners.
“I thought the shape of the team was good. I thought the team discipline was very good too. We worked very, very hard," said manager Roy Hodgson, as quoted by cpfc.co.uk.
“I thought when we had the chance to get in the ascendancy when they went down to 10 men, we took that opportunity and got players forward and got the ball in and around their goal ,and made them clear it as many times as we possibly could.
“You have to give Arsenal credit for their defensive organisation. They got the blocks in when they were necessary. Their goalkeeper was there also to make a few saves from the crosses."
Schlupp, who won the Premier League with Leicester City in 2016, is having a fine start to the new season, playing in Crystal Palace's first two games.
