“Kudus’ entourage is difficult to negotiate with, so far no club has been able to accept their demands. There was a principle agreement between Ajax & Brighton until Kudus’ management came with more demands with made Brighton feel cheated on,” wrote AFC AJAX, a popular handle on Twitter, known for reports on Ajax players.

The post, which has since been deleted, got an immediate response from the Ghana international, who rubbished the report.

He posted: "Cap, BS."

Kudus' future at Ajax remains a doubt, with West Ham seriously considering a move for the Right to Dream Academy Graduate.

Mohammed Kudus continued from where he left off last season after scoring his first goal of the campaign in Ajax's big win over Heracles Almelo in the 2023/24 Dutch Eredivisie opener.
