  • Cristiano Ronaldo is on the scoresheet again for Al Nassr
  • The former Real Madrid attacker scored for Al Nassr in the Arab Club Champions Cup final
  • The legendary forward is hoping to win his first trophy with Al Nassr

Cristiano Ronaldo has scored his fifth goal in a row for Al Nassr in the Arab Club Champions Cup.

The veteran forward lashed onto a brilliant cross from the right from Al Ghanam to cancel a second half lead from Al Hilal's Michael.

The Portuguese striker is chasing his first trophy since joining the Saudi Arabian club in January 2023.

In a video that has gone viral on social media, Ronaldo perfectly connected to a cross after a moment of counter-attacking football from the Saudi giants.

Moments before Ronaldo's goal, Al Nassr had been reduced to ten men after Abdulelah Alamri was sent off and after pulling parity, the Yellow and Blues had another man sent off. Nawaf Boushal received a red card with 12 minutes remaining.

Meanwhile, the 38-year-old's goal has forced the game into extra-time with Al Nassr going into the final 30 minutes with nine men.

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner moved to Saudi Arabia in January after leaving Manchester United following a torrid 2023/23 season.

Ronaldo sends classy message to teammates

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Cristiano Ronaldo has shared his excitement after leading Al Nassr into the Arab Club Champions Cup final.

The 38-year-old scored the only goal of the game as Al Nassr defeated Iraqi champions Al-Shorta to book a place in the final against rivals Al Hilal.

The former Manchester United and Real Madrid forward praised his teammates and fans of the club following their latest achievement.

Telles 'captures' Ronaldo's celebration

Alex Telles might have just created the sports photo of the year after he was spotted 'capturing' the moment his Al-Nassr teammate, Cristiano Ronaldo, hit his iconic 'Siuuu' celebration.

The ex-Manchester United forward scored the winner as the Saudi Pro League club defeated Iraqi champions, Al-Shorta, in the semi-final of the Arab Club Champions Cup.

As Ronaldo scored his successful kick from the spot, Telles acted as a photographer and pretended to take a pic of his teammate in motion.
