As Ronaldo scored his successful kick from the spot, Telles acted as a photographer and pretended to take a pic of his teammate in motion.

In a video which has since gone viral on social media, the former Red Devil is seen kneeling with his hands acting as the frame of the 'image'.

Telles and Ronaldo played together briefly at Old Trafford before reuniting during in the summer transfer window in the Middle East.

Following the victory over Al-Shorta, Al-Nassr will meet Saudi rivals, Al-Hilal, in the final of the competition on August 12.

Ronaldo could win his first trophy since a bitter split from United after missing out on the Saudi Pro League title to Al-Ittihad last season.

"Final - here we go! Good work, team! Special thanks to our fans for the amazing support and for always pushing us forward!" an excited Ronaldo wrote on Twitter after the game.

Ronaldo praises Al Nassr teammates

Earlier, Sports Brief reported on Ronaldo applauding his Al-Nassr teammates after the club reached the final of the Arab Club Champions Cup.

The 38-year-old scored the only goal of the game against Iraqi champions, Al-Shorta, to book a place in the last stage against rivals, Al-Hilal.

African stars who partnered with Ronaldo

Sports Brief also reported on 10 African stars who played with Ronaldo, following Al-Nassr's signing of Sadio Mane and Seko Fofana in recent weeks.

The Portuguese veteran has played alongside many big names during his career but only a few from the African continent have had the honour.
