3 Times Mane Copied His Teammates’ Celebrations After Ronaldo’s 'Siuuu'
- Sadio Mane used Cristiano Ronaldo's 'Siuuu' celebration after the Portuguese star scored
- The Senegal forward has also copied goal celebrations from Roberto Firminho in the past
- Mane recently signed for Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr after one season at Bayern Munich
Sadio Mane has been trending for copying Cristiano Ronaldo's 'Siuuu' goal celebration after the Portuguese star scored during Al-Nassr’s Arab Club Champions Cup win against Raja Casablanca.
The Senegalese star only joined the Saudi Arabian side recently but appears to have settled well with his new teammates - especially Ronaldo, with whom he has formed a good connection on the pitch.
According to Sports Joe, Mane has a record of copying his teammates' celebrations during his time at English Premier League club, Liverpool.
The forward previously copied Roberto Firmino's 'kung-fu kick' and 'gun fingers', and he has also imitated Philippe Coutinho’s 'kiss' celebration all while at Anfield.
Mane earned a place among Europe's elite attackers during his six-year stint at Anfield, scoring 120 goals in 269 games.
He departed the Reds for Bayern Munich but only spent one troubled season at Bayern Munich, where he struggled with injuries and a loss of form.
Mane denies copying Bobby Firminho
Meanwhile, in 2019, Mane was hilariously credited as the creator of the popular 'kung-fu kick' and 'gun fingers' celebrations by his former teammate, Firminho, All Football reports.
The Brazilian forward revealed his Senegalese teammate jokingly claimed to have actually invented these rituals when he was quizzed about the topic while they were still at Liverpool.
Both Mane and Firminho now ply their trade in the Saudi Pro League, with the former having recently joined Al-Nassr from Bayern Munich, while the latter joined Al-Ahli just a few days prior.
Ronaldo, Mane perform double 'Siuuu'
Sports Brief also reported on Mane and Ronaldo performing the 'Siuuu' after the Portuguese star scored Al-Nassr's opening goal against Raja Casablanca on August 6.
