Jacob Ramsey, the founder of the Aston Villa Supporters Union in Ghana, has gone viral following his appearance at the Mestalla to watch his beloved club face Valencia in a pre-season friendly.
Before the game, the popular Ghanaian Villa fan was mobbed by supporters of Valencia, who thought he was a player of the English club.
Ramsey was spotted in an Aston Villa kit, and could easily be identified as a player following his looks.
In a video shared on social media, which has almost a thousand reposts on X, Ramsey is seen taking turns to take pictures while signing autographs for the fans.

FootballRamsey was surprised by the attention he was receiving and had to take to social media to share his excitement.
"I'm Jacob Ramsey .can't believe my eyes. I'm living the best of my life. What a time to be alive. It will not cost you anything to retweet," he posted on X.
He has since met Aston Villa defender Tyrone Mings and he is expected to travel to England for the opening game of the season against Manchester United.
