Real Madrid winger, Vinicius Junior showed some love to Manchester United youngster, Alejandro Garnacho after their club’s friendly match on Wednesday.

The two young stars caught up with each other outside the locker rooms at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas.

Vini had a special gift for Garnacho, presenting him with his Real Madrid No. 7 jersey.

The Brazilian star signed the kit and left a message for his fellow winger.

Vini wrote: 'Para mi hermano' which means 'For my brother' in Portuguese.

He then described the Argentine as 'el crack', which is a Spanish football slang term for a very good player or a superstar.

Garnacho was delighted to receive the jersey from Vinicius as he posted their meet-up on social media.

He captioned his Instagram post with:

“Me alegro de verte, hermano! @vinijr,” which means, "Good to see you, brother! I'm going to have a great day @vinijr" in English.

Vini commented on Garnacho’s post, writing, “Crack” with a heart emoji.

Real Madrid ease past United

Real Madrid and Manchester United put on a show in front of their Texas fans, with the Spanish giants recording a 2-0 victory in the friendly match.

New signing, Jude Bellingham opened the scoring for Real Madrid in the sixth minute when he lifted a chipped shot past an onrushing Andre Onana, per The Guardian.

Joselu doubled Madrid’s advantage in the 89th minute, scoring a sensational bicycle kick that sent the fans inside the stadium into a frenzy.

Mainoo suffers ankle injury

Sports Brief also reported on Kobbie Mainoo suffering an ankle injury in the opening minutes of the Real Madrid vs. Manchester United friendly match.

The 18-year-old midfielder’s night ended prematurely after Real Madrid winger, Rodrygo, fell onto him following a tackle by Manchester United's Casemiro.

Mainoo was seen leaving the stadium on crutches. He also wore a protective boot on his injured ankle.
