According to The Sun, the English star would often visit his old man as a teen but the visitations have since become less frequent with him getting older.

The publication reports that Mark has been incarcerated for a series of crimes.

Philips wants to keep his dad out of jail

The England international recently opened up about the situation surrounding his dad, disclosing that he had not seen him for six years.

Philips went on to disclose his desire to help keep his old man out of jail by taking good care of him once he is out.

"I think it was six years since I’d last seen him. It was literally like I’d never been away from him to be honest. He looked a bit older and stuff like that but it was like the last time I saw him," the Man City ace told Mail Online.
"Obviously I mentioned about looking after him. To make sure he is secure, so he doesn’t go straight back into prison like he has in the past. He could’ve asked me for anything: for a car, a house, anything," he added.

Inside Man City title celebrations

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Manchester City let loose for the second time this season as celebrations hit fever pitch on June 3 at Wembley Stadium.

City beat their rivals Manchester United 2-1 to win the FA Cup final and get a step closer to winning the unprecedented treble this season.

Grealish recorded himself hilariously warning the club's kit man Brandon Ashton to watch his Gucci bag. Ashton had stripped down to his boxers and slid on the floor before slamming his body on Grealish's bag.
