According to talkSPORT, the left-back has barely featured for the 2021 Champions League winners since his arrival, with his only season featuring for the club being during the 2015/16 campaign.

Baba Rahma's last appearance for Chelsea was on May 2016 during a 1-1 draw against Liverpool, in a season the Blues went on to finish 10th in the Premier League under Jose Mourinho.

Since then, the defender became a somewhat journeyman, spending the next three seasons with Schalke before going to Mallorca, and PAOK.

His most recent assignment was with Reading, where he spent two seasons until their relegation from the Championship.

Which club is Baba Rahma joining?

The Ghana international is now in line to seal a summer move to Greek side PAOK after departing Stamford Bridge.

The move comes after Chelsea ended Baba Rahman's contract a year early.

According to The Athletic's Simon Johnson, the Blues will get some form of add-on or bonus payment instead if the deal goes through.

Baba Rahma's Stamford Bridge exit came barely two years after he decided to commit his future to the club in a long-term deal.
