Barcelona midfielder, Frenkie de Jong, has announced he is expecting his first child with long-term girlfriend, Mikky Kiemeney.

The Dutch midfielder, who joined Barcelona in 2019, has been dating Kiemeney since the pair met in 2014 in the Netherlands while he was still a teenager playing for Ajax Amsterdam.

In the video posted on social media by De Jong, the couple can be seen on holiday by the sea, with Kiemeney showing off her growing belly as they reveal they are expecting a baby.

The Barcelona midfielder and the clothing entrepreneur announced their engagement last year after being together for about nine years.

De Jong and Kiemeney have lived together since the Dutch international completed his move to Barcelona in 2019 and were together when the Catalans celebrated winning the La Liga title.
