Jali has been taking to social media recently, releasing hints about his future, leaving many speculating about who he may sign for next.

It was recently reported that the former Masandawana star would be joining AmaZulu next.

The Usuthu recently appointed Pablo Franco Martin as the side’s new coach and are looking to bolster their squad. Martin was previously involved with Getafe and Real Madrid.

While it appears Jali will remain in the country, his agent hasn’t ruled out a move overseas.

As noted by Soccer Laduma, Mike Makaab revealed that Jali could go to China or the Middle East.

“When we talk about a specific player like Andile Jali, there’s a lot of speculation in the media. AJ and I got in touch, and he’s starting to do his own preparation before the preseason so that whoever signs him will get an AJ in the right frame of mind and the right physical condition,” he said.
“I’m hoping that by next week, we will have a clear indication of where his next step is. Don’t rule out an overseas move, don’t rule out the Middle East or China,” he continued.

Jali played 139 games for Sundowns and also 133 games for Orlando Pirates.

Jali makes history with Sundowns

Sports Brief previously reported how the 2021/22 season was the year of Mamelodi Sundowns' Jali.

The former Bafana Bafana star was once again part of a treble-winning campaign with Masandawana.

The midfielder became the first player in the history of South African football to win four title trebles.
