Black Stars duo, Kamaldeen Sulemana and Ransford-Yeboah Konigsdorffer have decided to withdraw from the Ghana U23 squad ahead of the AFCON U23 Cup of Nations.
The Southampton and Hamburg stars were part of three Black Stars players included in the Black Meteors team for the tournament in Morocco later this month.
However, after taking part in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Madagascar on Sunday, Sulemana and Konigsdorffer will not travel to Egypt to join the U23 team, as reported by Joy Sports.
Meanwhile, Ernest Nuamah is expected to join the Black Meteors as preparations continue in Egypt.

The Black Meteors are set to play Egyptian giants Zamalek in a friendly on Tuesday, according to Ghanafa.org.
The Olympic Games bronze medalist earlier engaged the Egypt U23 in a friendly, which ended in a 1-1 draw in Alexandria.
Ghana have been drawn in Group A of the upcoming tournament alongside host Morocco, Gabon and Guinea.
Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Ghana's Africa Cup of Nations qualification has been pushed until the final day following a goalless draw game in Antananarivo against Madagascar.
The Black Stars maintain their place at the top of Group E but will have to beat the Central African Republic to confirm their place in the tournament next year.

FC Nordsjaelland forward Ernest Nuamah and Patrick Kpozo of Sheriff Tiraspol have been handed their Black Stars debut by coach Chris Hughton.
Kpozo started as Ghana were held to a goalless draw in Antananarivo while teenager, Nuamah came on in the second half.
The Moldova-based defender was making his first appearance for the national team following the absence of Gideon Mensah, who failed to pass a late fitness test.
