UEFA Europa Conference League winners, West Ham United continue to celebrate their European success a week after their victory over Fiorentina in Prague.

The English club defeated the Italian outfit 2-1 to win the second edition of the competition, automatically qualifying for the Europa League next season.

The Hammers picked the right song to celebrate the one-week anniversary of their triumph by using Black Sherif's hit record Konongo Zongo.

The song which has been used variously on different social media platforms is an inspirational tune telling the success story of the fast-rising music star.

In a video shared on Tik Tok, West Ham referenced the line 'I prayed for times likes this' to express their excitement after finally achieving their goal.

In an entertaining game last week, the London club took the lead through Algerian forward Said Benrahma in the 62nd minute but La Viola responded five minutes later through Giacomo Bonaventura.

Jarrad Bowen stole the winner for West Ham in the final minute with an outstanding left foot strike.

Moyes celebrate Conference League success

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that West Ham United boss David Moyes went full Jose Mourinho as he celebrated his side's last-gasp winner against Fiorentina in the Europa Conference League final.

The Hammers endured an underwhelming Premier League season this term, escaping relegation by a whisker.

However, the London side were fantastic on the continental stage as they went all the way in their Europa League Conference campaign.

West Ham beat Fiorentina

Jarrod Bowen's dramatic 90th-minute goal secured West Ham their first major European trophy since 1965 with a 2-1 win over Fiorentina in the Europa Conference League final on Wednesday.

It is the second European trophy for West Ham after they won the now defunct Cup Winners' Cup 58 years ago with a team including England World Cup heroes Bobby Moore and Geoff Hurst.

Bowen picked up a superb through ball from Lucas Paqueta, before sending a low shot past a helpless Pietro Terracciano in the Fiorentina goal.
