According to Sport Bible, the 31-year-old forward met with PSG president, Nasser Al-Khelaifi in Morocco, fuelling speculation of a potential move to the Parisians before the transfer window closes.

The Egyptian forward only signed a new three-year deal with Liverpool last summer, but the temptation of UEFA Champions League football next season could convince him to dump the Premier League giants.

Salah has scored a total of 183 goals in 298 games for Liverpool since joining the Reds in 2017 from Serie A side, AS Roma.

Liverpool warned of Salah exit

Meanwhile, former Liverpool forward, Robbie Fowler has warned the Reds that PSG are set to go after Salah in the transfer market this summer, Football365 reports.

Fowler reckons the Reds may struggle to keep their star, with a battle about to ensue for the Egyptian forward, who still has two more years on his current deal at Anfield.

The Liverpool icon suggests Salah, alongside Harry Kane and Neymar, will be three of the top targets of the major teams in Europe in search of goal scorers this summer.

Mohamed Salah misses open net

Earlier, Sports Brief reported on Liverpool forward, Mohamed missing an absolute sitter during the game between Egypt and Guinea in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.

The prolific scorer endured a tough afternoon on Wednesday, making what could end up being the miss of the year following his inability to roll the ball into an empty net.

Salah had a golden opportunity to level for the Pharaohs of Egypt just a minute after Guinea had taken the lead in the AFCON qualifying game through Serhou Guirassy.
