Burna Boy Responds As Thierry Henry Asks Him to Choose Between Jay Jay Okocha and Kanu, Video

Nigerian singer Burna Boy was made to face the ‘toughest’ question of his life during the UEFA Champions League final on Saturday night.

Burna Boy delivered an electric performance during the opening ceremony of the final match at the Ataturk Stadium in Istanbul.

And after the game, following Manchester City’s feat, the Nigerian music star had a chat with TV presenters and pundits, including Thierry Henry, Peter Schmeichel, Jamie Carragher and Micah Richards.

During the course of the interview, Arsenal legend Thierry Henry asked the Nigerian superstar to choose between Jay Jay Okocha and Kanu Nwankwo.

Henry and Kanu were members of the famous Arsenal ‘invincibles’ squad that won the English Premier League during the 2003/2004 season, Genius reports.

The question seems to have stunned Burna Boy, who objected to responded brilliantly. Burna Boy said:

“Don’t do this to me…don’t do this to me. Ahh… I can’t do this. I can’t do this. This is treachery. This is like treason. You know how I feel, but you know.”

Meanwhile, Burna Boy performed just before the kick-off of the encounter inside the Ataturk Stadium, entertaining 75,000 audiences and over 400million viewers around the world, BBC reports.

He delivered his famous track ‘It’s Plenty’ to the delight of football fans at the Ataturk Stadium in Istanbul and around the world.

Rodri struck the game's only goal in the 68th minute to ensure the English club completed a treble following a historic season.

Despite his side’s loss, Inzaghi expressed pride following what his squad achieved in the course of the European competition.
