Nigerian Grammy-award winning singer, Burna Boy produced an epic performance to thrill fans at the Ataturk Stadium minutes before the start of the UEFA Champions League final.

Burna Boy performed some of his hit records including global chart-topping Last Last.

Alongside the Nigerian was a spectacular display from Brazilian singer Anitta as fans jumped off their seats in excitement.

In a video shared on social media, Burna Boy is seen enjoying the moment as well as fans at the stadium.

Burna Boy earlier this year performed at the NBA All Star Game and this is his second performance at a sporting event.

Manchester City are chasing a historic treble after winning the Premier League and the FA Cup while Inter Milan could end the season with a double if they beat the English champions.

Meanwhile, Pep Guardiola is yet to win the UEFA Champions League since leaving Catalan giants Barcelona.

Inter Milan return to the final for the first time since winning the competition for the third time in 2010.

Burna Boy opens up on football career

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Burna Boy has revealed that he actually started a career in football, explaining he had to eventually quit the game because he did not feel important.

The Nigerian musician has since gone on to win a Grammy award and is one of the richest and most-known singers in his country, with his tracks being played in many places around the worldheard in many nations in the world.

However, 31-year-old Burna Boy explained he could have been a goalkeeper instead of a chart-topper.

Fans gather to watch Onana

Hundreds of fans have started gathering in Obili, Yaoundé to watch Cameroonian goalkeeper Andre Onana in the final of the UEFA Champions League.

Onana inspired Inter Milan to the final of Europe's elite competition after keeping eight clean sheets as the Italian giants returned to biggest stage for the first time in 13 years.

The Nerazurris face English side Manchester City for the ultimate on Saturday at the Akaturk Stadium in Turkey.
