Dutch legend Marco Van Basten has reacted furiously to the performance of musicians Burna Boy and Anitta before the UEFA Champions League final.
The former AC Milan forward insists the entertainment prior to the start of the game was needless, describing it as crazy.
Nigerian Grammy-award winning artist Burna Boy and Brazilian singer Anitta thrilled fans at the Ataturk stadium before the game between Manchester City and Inter Milan.
Despite the exciting display by the entertainers, Van Basten was not impressed with the pre-match activities.
“It's crazy that this show is happening. No one comes to the stadium to see this. People go to watch football, not this," he said while working as a pundit on Match of the Day.
Meanwhile, Manchester City will be hoping to win a historic treble by beating Inter Milan in Istanbul. The English club have already secured the Premier League and FA Cup titles.
The Italian giants could also finish the season with the double if they beat Manchester City in the Turkish capital.
Burna Boys performs at UCL final
