English-born midfielder with Kenyan roots and who plays for Everton Academy is turning heads due to his striking resemblance with the former Toffees cult-hero Marouane Fellaini.

Tayler Onyango is just 16 but the Luton-born, who is eligible to play for England and Kenya, stands at six feet and three inches tall.

With his trademark Afro hairstyle, Onyango can quite easily be mistaken for former Manchester United midfielder Marouanne Fellaini during his time in the blue jersey due to the physicality of his game that is capable of breaking up the play and his accurate passing, liked to that of Paul Pogba.

Onyango's well trimmed afro bears a trademark resemblance to that of the Manchester United midfielder and Belgian's international.

The talented midfielder had been fast tracked into Everton U23 after a string of noteworthy displays for the U18 team and he's tipped to break into the senior team if he keeps his form that saw him score four times and an assist in 10-0 demolition over Sunderland.

Everton fans first got to see what Onyango, a box-to-box player is capable of, last season when he scored a double in Everton under-18s 5-4 victory over Manchester United.

The teenager's imposing style of play, in his favourite number 10 role is also being compared to that of Manchester United's most expensive player, French international, Pogba.

"His physicality catches your eye straight away, doesn't it?" posed Paul Tait, Everton coach as quoted by Liverpool ECHO.
"He's an absolute machine in terms of his physicality so he catches your eye straight away," he added.

Onyango made his under-23 debut during the Premier League International Cup draw with PSV Eindhoven in October.

It remains to been whether FKF will move in to convince Onyango to play for Harambee Stars.
