Ladan Bosso, the coach of the Flying Eagles of Nigeria has disclosed that he and his players actually had a game plan before facing Argentina in the Under 20 World Cup round of 16 clash.
The Flying Eagles were excellent on Wednesday night, May 31, beating the hosts 2-0 in what was a challenging battle between these two foes.
Going into this encounter, the Flying Eagles lost their last group game against Brazil but qualified as the best losers. Argentina on the other hand won all their three games and they were tipped to go far.
Many fans of the Flying Eagles thought the Argentines would thrash Ladan Bosso and his wards, but the Nigerian Under 20 side excelled.

Ibrahim Muhammad netted the first goal for the Flying Eagles in the 61st minute before Rilwanu Sarki fired in the second at the death to give Nigeria an incredible win.
According to reports on Complete Sports and Daily Post, Ladan Bosso explained that their win over Argentina was not a big deal.

This is the first time the Flying Eagles beat a South American team at the U-20 World Cup since their debut in the competition in 1983.
