The prospect of Lionel Messi making a fairytale return to Barcelona is very much alive thanks to a reported collaboration between the Catalan club and US-based Inter Miami.

This situation has reportedly caused concern for Lionel Messi's father and agent, Jorge Messi, per Gerard Romero.
But according to L'Equipe, Barca have joined forces with Inter Miami in a bid to help Messi retrace his steps to Camp Nou.
The report further explains that the seven-time Ballon d'Or winner would sign for the Florida outfit this summer before being loaned straight away to Barcelona for six or 18 months.
