Dutch giants, Ajax Amsterdam are ready to sell Ghanaian midfielder, Mohammed Kudus in the summer transfer window.

The former Eredivisie champions will reportedly allow the wantaway midfielder to leave after refusing to extend his current deal, which expires in June 2025.

Several clubs have shown interest in the World Cup star, who came close to joining Everton last summer.

According to The Athletic, Ajax want £40 million for the 22-year-old, who has been a key player for the club this season.

Kudus was presented with a new contract extension which he is believed to have refused to sign, leaving the club with the option of selling him in the summer.

Arsenal, Manchester United, and Newcastle United are reportedly interested in the Ghanaian international and could make a move for him in June.

The former FC Nordsjaelland midfielder is enjoying the best campaign of his career, having scored 18 goals and provided seven assists across all competitions.

He has won two Dutch Eredivisie titles and one Dutch Cup with Ajax since joining the club in 2020 from the Danish outfit.

Kudus served an assist over the weekend as Ajax defeated FC Utrecht on the road.

Kudus makes injury comeback

Sports Brief previously reported that midfielder, Kudus has been passed fit for Ajax's game against AZ Alkmaar.

The 22-year-old had been out for three weeks after getting injured in the KNVB Cup semi-final against Feyenoord.

Kudus would miss three Eredivisie games and the Dutch Cup final against PSV, which Ajax then lost on penalties.

Frank de Boer advises Kudus

Former Holland and Ajax player, Frank de Boer believes Ghana midfielder, Kudus will fit perfectly at Arsenal.

The 22-year-old has attracted interest from Man United and Arsenal ahead of the summer transfer window.

Kudus has scored numerous goals and provided great assists across all competitions for the Dutch giants.
