Eden Hazard has picked up another injury to continue his woes at Real Madrid.
The 32-year-old has reportedly suffered an ankle injury, which will force him to miss the upcoming game La Liga against Valencia.
An injury-afflicted Hazard has only played six league games this season - and the £150million flop is set for a spell on the sidelines once again.
The former Chelsea superstar has suffered from injury issues throughout his career at Real Madrid, and things don’t seem to be improving for him.
He could, however, return against Rayo Vallecano next week, Tribuna reported.
In all competitions this campaign, the wideman has only played 393 minutes across 10 appearances, with only three starts: against Getafe, Mallorca, Celtic in the Champions League and fourth-tier Cacereno in the Copa del Rey.
Eden has scored one goal and provided two assists.
Hazard is not leaving Real Madrid
Meanwhile, Eden Hazard has revealed he wants to fulfil his contract at Real Madrid and is not considering leaving the Spanish giants at the end of the season, Marca reports.
The 32-year-old forward revealed the 2022/23 campaign has been a tough one for him personally as he has failed to feature constantly for Los Blancos.
Hazard has one year left on his contract at Real Madrid and is one of the players who could leave the reigning La Liga champions in the summer.
Hazard looks unhappy during celebrations
Earlier, Sports Brief reported Real Madrid won the Copa del Rey for the first time since 2014 after beating Osasuna in the final in Seville but Eden Hazard wasn’t too pleased.
After the blast of the final whistle, the playing body switched into a jubilant mood following their triumph and gleefully posed for a team photo on the podium.
But one player, Eden Hazard, did not seem happy, perhaps with himself, despite adding another title to his growing trophy cabinet during his stint with Madrid.
