Their performance this season even saw them receive a special congratulatory message from none other than DJ Khaled himself, Kick Off reported.
The Grammy Award winner sent a special message to the team, which Sundowns then shared on social media.

As noted by The South African, the American producer is a fan of the team and even flaunted his very own Sundowns jersey. The club presented him with the kit last year, and the hitmaker took to social media to show off his gift.
What's next for Sundowns?
The Brazilians will now focus on trying to win the CAF Champions League. Sundowns host Wydad Casablanca in the second leg of the competition's semi-finals. The score is still 0-0 after the first leg.

Masandawana won the title in April but had to wait until their final league game of the season before they were officially crowned champions.
