According to Sportskeeda, Guti has now revealed Benzema should be dropped to the bench next season if Real Madrid are successful in their bid to sign Mbappe.

“If Mbappé comes to Real Madrid, I would put him in the place of Benzema.”
Mbappe snubbed a move to Real Madrid last season when he decided to pen a two-year contract extension with PSG, making him the highest-earning player in Europe.
The French forward is, however, now keen to move on following PSG’s underwhelming season, with Real Madrid proposed as the player’s preferred destination.
Figo backs Benzema for Ballon d’Or
Meanwhile, Luis Figo has tipped Real Madrid forward Karim Benzema to win the 2023 Ballon d’Or award as he insists the Frenchman has had a good season, Daily Post reports.
The 35-year-old forward won the Ballon d’Or last year after beating the likes of Sadio Mane and Kevin de Bruyne to the prestigious gong after leading Real Madrid to the Champions League title.
Benzema is among the top contenders for the 2023 Ballon d’Or alongside France teammate Kylian Mbappe, Erling Haaland and Lionel Messi.
