Eden Hazard has revealed he has no intention of leaving Real Madrid before his contract runs out in 2024.
The 32-year-old became Los Blancos’ most expensive signing when he joined the Santiago Bernabeu outfit from Chelsea in a £130million deal in 2019.
But Hazard has struggled with form and fitness since moving to Madrid and has been a shadow of the player who established his reputation at Stamford Bridge.
Per Talk Sports, the ex-Belgium playmaker has made just one league start this season and was an unused substitute in Real Madrid’s 2-1 over Osasuna in the Copa del Rey final on Saturday night.
Hazard accepts that his season hasn’t gone to plan but confirmed he plans to see out his with the La Liga giants.

“It’s been a difficult year, but with a very big team,” the 32-year-old told Cadena SER, per the Daily Mail.
“Honestly, I’m planning to stay at Real Madrid next season. I expect to stay as I want to celebrate the last year of the contract I have left.
“I have a good relationship with the club and with the players too. I want to play, but I know it’s very difficult. I have to work and hope I can play more.”
