Juventus congratulates Napoli
Juventus are the most successful Italian club, with 36 top-flight titles; the Milan clubs have won 19 trophies each. The three clubs were the first to send a congratulatory tweet to the Partenopei.
The Bianconeri did not limit their tweet to just congratulations. They got salty with it, which did not sit well with some Neapolitans who reacted with their own cheekiness, as reported by Football Italia.
“Considering all the compliments we received from you in recent years, we could not shy away from doing the same. Congratulations to Napoli for the achievement of your third Scudetto!” Juventus wrote on Twitter.
The Old Lady won nine straight titles between 2011 and 2020 before their dominance was broken by Inter Milan, under Antonio Conte, who started Juventus' dominance.
How Napoli could be Serie A champions as early as next week against Salernitana
FootballJuventus, Inter Milan, AC Milan, and Napoli have won the Scudetto in the last four seasons, a feat that has not happened in any other top 5 European leagues.
