The club legend was recently spotted having a lengthy discussion with assistant coach, Zsolt Low before Bayern’s game against Hertha Berlin, with talks seemingly centred around tactics.

Journalist, Archie Rhind-Tutt recorded the interaction, as Muller was involved in tactics talk while the rest of the team were warming up.

This led to the hilarious question about whether Thomas Muller or Thomas Tuchel was coaching the Bundesliga champions. The question was answered soon enough as Rhind-Tutt got to the bottom of the issue.

As noted by Bavarian Football Works, the journalist asked the former Chelsea manager about the conversation and his player’s involvement with team management.

Tuchel then admitted that Muller’s experience was extremely valuable and the team often called upon him for advice from a player’s perspective of things.

“Thomas is in this role, and it’s nice to have him in the team. Very important,” Tuchel said.

Muller is undoubtedly one of the most loved squad members on the side and could be considered the funniest man in football.

The Sun noted how he often pranks his teammates, is fond of dressing up, and even has a horse named Dave.

A jack of all trades, it would be no surprise if Muller does get into management when he retires from playing professional football. He is currently 33 years old and is contracted to Bayern until the end of next season, Transfermarkt reported.

Muller’s hilarious GOAT debate answer

Muller also had an interesting take on the ongoing GOAT debate, as Sports Brief reported.

He was recently asked whether Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi was the better footballer.

In fashion which is typical of the jokester, Muller gave a hilarious response to the question.
